One of the UK's leading Loss Adjusters are now looking for an experienced Property Claims Handler to support the Claims Management Team in Manchester.
- The role will be office based, but a hybrid working arrangement can be offered after completion of training to enable you to work from home 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recording new property losses from policyholders and brokers and providing advice on policy cover, claim process and loss mitigation.
- To handle property claims, typically up to £50,000 in value, on a cradle to grave basis including negotiation, settlement and repudiations.
- Producing to a high standard preliminary, interim and final reports for submission to insurers.
- Obtaining policy information from cover holders and checking policy cover.
- Appointing and managing loss adjusters and suppliers.
About you:
- Previous experience in PROPERTY claims handling and you come from an Insurance or Loss Adjusting background, ideally cradle to grave, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Ideally be CII qualified or willing to work towards this.
- The ability to prioritise claims and your own workload.
