The Property Claims Handler role:
- Assessing, investigating and negotiating property claims from cradle to grave.
- Liaising with insurers and third parties to gather info and provide updates.
- Resolving queries and providing expert advice throughout the claims process.
- Ensuing compliance with regulatory and company standards.
What you’ll bring as a Property Claims Handler:
- Proven experience in dealing with property claims within an insurance brokerage.
- A sincere passion for delivering excellent client services.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of commercial property insurance.
- Solid organisation, communication and time-keeping skills.
- Insurance qualifications are highly desirable!
