The Casualty Claims Handler role:

Assessing, investigating and negotiating casualty claims from cradle to grave.
Liaising with insurers and third parties to gather info and provide updates.
Resolving queries and providing expert advice throughout the claims process.
Ensuing compliance with regulatory and company standards.

What you’ll bring as a Casualty Claims Handler:

Proven experience in dealing with casualty claims within an insurance brokerage.
Insurance qualifications and experience with PI & Cyber claims is highly desirable!
A sincere passion for delivering excellent client services.
Possess strong technical knowledge of casualty insurance.
Solid organisation, communication and time-keeping skills.
