Claims Handler Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end claims within a specialist insurance sector.
Assessing and investigating claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence.
Liaising with clients, policyholders, and third parties to ensure smooth claim progression.
Negotiating settlements and ensuring claims are processed in a timely manner.
Providing exceptional customer service, keeping clients updated and informed.
Collaborating with internal teams to support case resolution and improve processes.
