  • Valuation of Damages: Utilize JC Guidelines and case law to value general and special damages.
  • Quantum Negotiations: Engage in effective quantum negotiations.
  • Document Drafting: Draft various legal documents with precision.
  • Deadline Management: Work efficiently to meet set deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Handle interactions with Claimant Solicitors, policyholders, clients, and the Court.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload effectively.
