Are you an experienced claims professional with expertise in Healthcare or Medical Malpractice claims? This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team, managing a portfolio of complex claims while contributing to exceptional claims outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a portfolio of medium to high complexity Healthcare/Medical Malpractice claims with minimal supervision.
  • Evaluate policy coverage for complex claims and determine applicability.
  • Conduct investigations through engagement with insureds, claimants, brokers, and experts.
  • Partner with legal teams and stakeholders to develop cost-effective resolution strategies.
  • Manage claims proactively, ensuring reserves align with company guidelines.
  • Identify large or significant claims early and keep management informed.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Negotiate settlements and explore recovery opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulations, trends, and industry developments.
