We are looking for Pet Claims Assessors to join our Assessing team on a remote basis (must be UK based).
Pet Claims Assessor
Salary: £24k -25.5k
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm while in training and then Monday-Friday 10-6pm
Start date: January 6th 2025 - Applicants must be able to commit to this start date

Key Responsibilities:- Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
- Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
- Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain cover details to customers.
- Experience: Qualified Veterinary Nurse or experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience.
- Skills: Excellent phone and communication skills, high attention to detail, strong IT and data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attitude: A flexible, proactive approach to work and a willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
- Previous pet insurance claims assessing experience is a plus.
