Salary: £22,500 + Commission (potential to earn up to £30,000 per annum)

The Role
As a Housing Disrepair Claims Handler, you'll be responsible for assessing and managing housing disrepair claims. Working Monday to Thursday (10am-7pm) and Friday (10am-5pm), you'll enjoy a competitive salary, commission structure, and excellent benefits including health insurance and on-site gym access.
Key Responsibilities of the Housing Disrepair Claims Handler:
- Assess the validity of housing disrepair claims
- Manage a caseload of claims from initial report to assignment
- Draft detailed client claim forms
- Gather supporting evidence for claims
- Collaborate with Senior Advisors on case progression
