MERJE is seeking a dedicated Housing Disrepair Claims Handler for a leading accident management company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage housing disrepair claims, assess their validity as well as data gathering.  

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the claims process, ensuring efficient case management and customer satisfaction.

Salary: £22,500 + Commission (potential to earn up to £30,000 per annum)

The Role

As a Housing Disrepair Claims Handler, you'll be responsible for assessing and managing housing disrepair claims. Working Monday to Thursday (10am-7pm) and Friday (10am-5pm), you'll enjoy a competitive salary, commission structure, and excellent benefits including health insurance and on-site gym access.

Key Responsibilities of the Housing Disrepair Claims Handler:

  • Assess the validity of housing disrepair claims
  • Manage a caseload of claims from initial report to assignment
