An experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler with a minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial brokerage is needed to join a growing brokerage's Manchester office. Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage insurance programs to protect clients' assets and liabilities.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), endorsements, and claims support.
- Research potential clients and negotiate with insurers to secure the best coverage.
- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and compliance with FCA regulations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Directors, and insurers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide a high-quality advisory service, securing appropriate cover at competitive premiums.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial brokerage (Account Handler level).
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance, including Property, Liability, Business Interruption, Professional Indemnity, and Hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Acturis or a similar insurer-backed CRM system.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from the Manchester office at least two days per week.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language (Italian or another language preferred).
- Relevant Insurance Qualification (or willingness to work towards it).

- Maintain FCA compliance in all activities.
- Deliver a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in client interactions.
