Key Responsibilities:- Complaints Management Support - Assist in handling and monitoring customer complaints to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Third-Party Claims Oversight - Monitor the performance of third-party claims providers and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Audit & Monitoring - Conduct reviews of customer interactions, policy files, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Regulatory Reporting - Support the compliance team in tracking key compliance metrics and preparing reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with the contact centre, claims teams, and marketing to ensure best practices are followed.
- Previous experience in a compliance, complaints, or monitoring role within financial services or insurance.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations related to personal lines insurance is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
