The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Insolvency Administrator with a background in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) to join our leading Insolvency Firm as a Trainee Bankruptcy Administrator. You will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of personal insolvency cases, ensuring compliance, professionalism, and efficiency in every aspect of the process. This position is ideal for someone eager to take on new challenges and advance their career within a dynamic, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of personal insolvency cases, including bankruptcies and IVAs.
- Communicate effectively with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders.
- Gather, review, and analyze financial information to progress cases.
- Prepare statutory documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Support the team with investigations, reporting, and asset realization.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience managing IVA cases is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing workloads to meet deadlines.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of bankruptcy processes or personal insolvency law (training provided).
