Key responsibilities include carrying out a fact find over the telephone to establish their financial circumstances with a view to arranging an appointment for the client to meet with a qualified mortgage adviser. All warm leads and enquiries, no cold calling. Monday to Friday, no weekends.What you'll need to succeedKnowledge of financial services (ideally mortgages) together with proven experience of working in a telephone-based role, strong communication skills, drive, self-motivation and a desire to be rewarded for success whilst ensuring high standards of client service.What you'll get in returnHighly competitive basic salary plus monthly commission.
