Red Recruitment is recruiting a Billing Administrator to join our client, who is one of the leading providers of repair services in the North West. Our client aims to provide an efficient and transparent customer experience for all clients throughout their journey regardless of complexity or challenge.

As a rapidly growing business, our client is now expanding their team and are looking to recruit an experienced Billings Administrator in Central Manchester.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Billings Administrator:

  • Keeping up to date with all legislation and regulatory changes pertinent to the role
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders of all levels where required and working cohesively together to achieve the Company goals
  • Overseeing invoicing, ensuring accuracy, and following up with clients
  • Ensuring invoices are paid on time and reporting company profits
  • Managing customer accounts and resolving billing disputes
  • Communicating with clients to gather and provide information
  • Generating reports on billing activity and trends

Key Skills and Experience of a Billings Administrator:

  • The successful Candidate will have experience in all aspects of billing including but not limited to: Processing invoices (approval and collation of data), dealing with billing queries, following up on outstanding invoices and general administration tasks relating to the Repair department
  • You should be proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills is required, especially the ability to adapt to each client's needs
  • Creating and maintaining effective professional relationships is required
