Underwriter | Bridging | Development Finance | Specialist LendingManchester | Hybrid Work Arrangement Available Our client is an established specialist lender with exciting expansion plans over the next 18 months. Due to continued success they're looking to add an additional Underwriter to their underwriting team.The Position:The Bridging Underwriter will be responsible for determining the risk and eligibility of cases, and to evaluate the viability of applicants for loan processing.You will be managing the processing of loans within agreed service levels, highlighting risk and building strong relationships.The role requires a highly analytical individual who is able to identify risks and pro-actively reduce exposure.Experience Required:
  • You will have prior experience as an Underwriter managing cases from cradle to grave
  • Experience in the Bridging or Development Finance sector is essential 
  • You will be highly analytical & have the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written are a must
