The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage complex commercial insurance portfolios and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You will work closely with Account Executives, clients, and insurers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive insurance strategies for commercial property clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and risk identification.
- Oversee the full renewal process, including placement and documentation.
- Accurately maintain Acturis records.
- Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
- Negotiate effectively to secure optimal terms.
- Provide responsive, high-quality communication and service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' commercial insurance experience, with strong knowledge of the commercial property insurance sector.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Attitude: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to professional development.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Acturis is highly advantageous.
