Become a Commercial Paralegal and play an essential role in supporting our legal team. You'll work with diverse clients, draft and review contracts, conduct legal research, and assist with corporate transactions. What You'll Do:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

Conduct legal research and prepare reports for internal and client use.

Manage case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist with corporate transactions, including due diligence and document preparation.

Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.

Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc legal projects.
Who You Are:

A strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

Previous experience as a paralegal in a commercial or corporate legal environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
