- Your focus will be finding solutions for the more non-standard home insurance enquiries ensuring these clients have a positive experience
- These enquiries will build into a sales pipeline which you will be expected to effectively manage alongside new enquiries to ensure we hit our new business KPIs.
- Ability to maintain and develop strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work compliantly with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
- Ideally, knowledgeable of Acturis
- Experience of Non-Standard Home insurance products.
- Experience of Commercial Insurance products.
