We are working closely with a nationally recognised provider of Legionella / Water Hygiene services. They are now seeking to grow their team in the North West region and are looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor. You will have extensive experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on a mixed portfolio of sites including Commercial, Industrial, and Public Sector. You will be able to carry out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines and company / client needs. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training, including cross training into other environmental sectors, generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme and company vehicle.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oldham, Rochdale, Warrington, Macclesfield, Crewe, Buxton, Chester, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Wallasey, St Helens, Bolton, Wigan Bury, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Blackpool, Huddersfield, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications:
" At a minimum, will hold the City and Guild / WMSoc qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing.
" Will have extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella management company.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 Guidelines.
" IT literate, able to create reports, management plans and schematic drawings.
" Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Role:
" Attending various longstanding client sites to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
" Using industry recognised systems to create schematic drawings.
" Carrying out work on site using site specific schematic drawings.
" Gathering information from site to produce detailed legionella reports.
" Creating site specific legionella management plans, communicating with clients about preventive measures required.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Liaising with client to provide excellent technical report and advice.
