The CompanyThis rapidly growing private healthcare provider is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the strategic vision and technical excellence of their Salesforce platform.
The RoleAs the Lead Salesforce Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Architecting, designing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to enhance platform functionality.
- Managing end-to-end Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, while delivering scalable and secure solutions on schedule.
- Overseeing the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Building and maintaining advanced automation tools using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other native tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensuring all Salesforce developments comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and data encryption protocols.
- Defining testing strategies and supervising the creation of thorough test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and performance.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior development role, with a track record of managing technical teams and delivering Salesforce projects.
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not essential.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Technical Architect, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM campaign insights is a plus.
- While healthcare experience is not mandatory, it would be advantageous.
