Senior BI Analyst

£65,000-£85,000

This is a great opportunity to join an AI technology company that works with human-derived data as a Senior BI Analyst, where you will own company-wide reporting and analytics.

The Role:

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be:

  • Strengthen and evolve metrics framework, driving continuous improvement on how they're tracking and measuring.
  • Own board and executive-level reporting, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and track team-level metrics across the organisation, creating accountability and visibility into performance.
  • Work closely with Finance to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and support forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and training that enable teams toa access insights independently.
  • Establish processes for metric definition, tracking, and reporting to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Partner with other analysts and analytics engineers to ensure aligned metrics definitions and efficient data models.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience working in SQL, with specific expertise in joins.
  • Expertise in any Data Visualisation Tool.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally across a variety of different departments.
