This is a great opportunity to join an AI technology company that works with human-derived data as a Senior BI Analyst, where you will own company-wide reporting and analytics.
The Role:
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be:
- Strengthen and evolve metrics framework, driving continuous improvement on how they're tracking and measuring.
- Own board and executive-level reporting, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Establish and track team-level metrics across the organisation, creating accountability and visibility into performance.
- Work closely with Finance to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and support forecasting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and training that enable teams toa access insights independently.
- Establish processes for metric definition, tracking, and reporting to ensure consistency across teams.
- Partner with other analysts and analytics engineers to ensure aligned metrics definitions and efficient data models.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience working in SQL, with specific expertise in joins.
- Expertise in any Data Visualisation Tool.
- Experience working in a B2B environment.
- Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally across a variety of different departments.
