Your new companyThis leading Architecture + Design studio in Manchester city centre has a team of 40 at present and is looking to grow on the back of secured work and financial investment. Their workload is primarily in the commercial workplace sector, but they are also handling some hospitality schemes. The firm has a real commitment to wellbeing and sustainability, and the office operates a hybrid working policy.Your new roleYou will be involved in leading the design pitch and compiling timelines and schedules for major workplace design projects, liaising with clients and other stakeholders at every step. The role will also involve working on Revit and AutoCAD to produce the relevant drawings and detailed information, you will be responsible for mentoring junior and midweight designers and updating at internal DTMs.What you'll need to succeedThis studio are keen to appoint a highly creative Interior Designer with Revit skills (you should be an intermediate user as a minimum).
