As National Operations Manager, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our sites, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently and in line with our strategic goals. Working closely with the Account Manager and Central Operations team, youll lead the charge in delivering top-tier service and maintaining our high-performance standards.


Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations across multiple locations to ensure smooth and efficient processes

Lead meetings with warehouse managers, managing shifts schedules, and ensuring full staffing levels, including drivers and operatives

Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, conducting risk assessments and driving a proactive safety culture

Monitoring performance, analysing trends and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Driving process improvements and ensuring consistency across sites.

Leading recruitment to ensure constant pipeline

Overseeing the maintenance and availability of company assets, including vehicles and warehouse equipment.


Required skills and experience.

Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management

Strong communication and collaborations skills, able to engage with teams and stakeholders at all levels

Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
