Forge Talent is proud to be working with a fantastic business based in Central Manchester - who is looking for a Finance Administrator join their team.

Working hours are Monday - Friday fully office based.

This role will be great for an Administrator who is looking to move into more of a Finance Role. Working in the Logistics team you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for Freight Forwarders and Warehouses with regards to container deliveries and prepare basic Customs Documentation
  • Stock Management - Investigate Discrepancies, Shortages, Damages and Overages
  • Coordinate with Finance Team to ensure Payments to Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Processes & Hauliers
  • Liaise with Supply Chain to adhere to contracted delivery requests
  • Data Entry - Logging and Monitoring Shipping Data
  • Maintain up-to-date Excel Trackers & Report on the Status of Shipments

Profile:

  • Minimum 1 years working in admin role
  • Beneficial to have Export/Import knowledge or a worked in a logistics company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organisational and Punctual needed
