Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the import and export of goods across international locations.
- Coordinate collections with transport companies and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Track shipments, manage invoicing, and handle pre-alerts from overseas offices.
- Prepare and process Customs entries as needed.
- Oversee shipments from start to finish.
- Handle job costing and invoicing.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company.
- Expertise in handling air, road, or sea freight imports/exports.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
