We are looking for a Stock and Operations Analyst to analyse and verify stock in/out of warehouse and check/verify/investigate invoicing and billing process for our 3PL warehouse operation.As our Stock and Operations Analyst you will have exceptional EXCEL skills, first class numerical abilities and be a highly methodical administrator and will have experience in a similar FMCG/ 3PL Warehouse environment where you have been responsible for analysis of stock movements, billing on behalf of your etc . OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

To take responsibility for the analysis of all stock entering and leaving the warehouse, including stock discrepancies, whilst managing the pick face and stock locations to ensure FIFO of goods is maintained/adhered to. Together with responsibility for ensuring the correct invoices are submitted to the finance department in relation to the 3rd Party Warehouse operation, making sure there are no overpayments on inbound containers or order shipments

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will be a highly methodical process driven individual with an exceptional eye for detail, good investigatory skills, a real problem solver and highly tenacious to ensure all the invoices submitted from the 3PL Warehouse are correct, that all stock discrepancies are resolved and that all orders processed match FIFO policy

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Analyst

  • Investigate any discrepancies
  • Daily dispatch / goods in comparison v SAP and booking out all stock of the warehouse based on delivery note for all sales orders and liaising with the customer co-ordinators of goods shipped, ensuring order quantities shipped match stock leaving system
  • Investigating all customer discrepancies/stock count/stock movement discrepancies with 3PL warehouse
  • Liaising with all customers requesting goods in reports
  • Managing FIFO with 3PL warehouse and ensuring all stock is following the rule and monitoring expiry dates where applicable
  • Managing stock minimum and maximum levels at warehouse
  • Support stock takes

Operations Analyst

  • Responsible for signing off all transport and warehouse invoices on a weekly basis
  • Querying and requesting copy invoices/credit notes where applicable
  • Resolving issues; checking multiple discrepancies, investigate issues through to completion
  • Check that deliveries come into warehouse to deadline, query invoices on delayed deliveries
  • Extensive liaison with warehouse manager mainly via email
  • Uploading invoices onto in-house portal
  • Responsible for the management of Amazon account-raising all orders and updating the Amazon portal with all correct information and uploading new lines
  • Assisting with any stock discrepancies, liaising with warehouse team and customer support team until resolved
  • Operations administration
  • KPI and warehouse reporting

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Advanced EXCEL - VLOOKUPS ideal
  • Exceptional administration skills, highly methodical, process driven, tenacious with a real eye for details
  • Excellent written communication skills to ensure resolution of any issues
  • Strong investigatory skills, genuinely enjoy solving problems and working on detail
  • Team player
