WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 09.00 - 17.00

£12.01 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Warehouse Administrator for our client based in Trafford Park.

As a Warehouse Administrator you will be providing both clerical and administrative support to the business, either as part of a team or individually.

Day to Day Duties

As a Warehouse Administrator, your duties will involve but not be limited to:

• Using a word processing package such as Microsoft 365 and Word• Drafting letters• Dealing with telephone calls and email enquiries in the shared inbox• Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues• Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information• Create and maintain filing• Keep diaries and arrange office appointments• Book meeting rooms for conferences and facilities• Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts• Order and maintain stationery equipment• Manage and generate invoices• Sort all incoming and outgoing post• Recruit, train and supervise junior members of staff and delegate work• Arrange all training events for staff• Ensure all W5Ds are raised correctly, either manual or electronically, also ensuring the HMRC website is update as required to avoid any financial impact to the business and our customers• Update, produce and communicate all business KPI’s to ensure great customer service & legal audits can be processed in a timely manner

Essential Skills

• IT skills and the ability to learn new systems• Task management and organisation to priorities work• General administration skills• Communication skills both verbal and written• Attention to detail• GCSE’s at grade A-C in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)

Desirable Experience

• General administration tasks, preferably in warehouse facilities• Supporting a department with general administration tasks & training• Working with HMRC systems, is desirable• Microsoft packages
