About the Role:As a Graduate Trainee, you will receive full training and study support to develop expertise in either:

Corporate Insolvency, helping businesses and creditors navigate financial distress through restructuring and formal insolvency processes.

LPA Property Receivership, managing distressed property assets on behalf of lenders, ensuring efficient resolution and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:-
Assisting with case management and administration of insolvency and receivership matters.

Conducting financial analysis and investigations into distressed businesses.

Preparing reports and correspondence for stakeholders, creditors, and legal representatives.

Liaising with solicitors, accountants, and financial institutions.

Supporting senior team members in delivering effective solutions for clients.

A 2:1 degree or above in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related subject.

A strong academic record, particularly in numerate and analytical subjects.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Full training and study support for industry qualifications (e.g., CPI or JIEB for insolvency).
