The package
  • Competitive basic salary range of up to £35,000 per annum (DOE and proven track record)
  • Realistic and proven on-target earnings (OTE) of £80,000+ in commission however MANY doing way more, with the REALISTIC potential to earn over £100,000 per annum!
  • Monday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday + Wednesday 9:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 9:00-16:30
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Investment Sales Consultant role
  • (High lead generation) Engage with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels.
  • Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client inquiries, and close sales.
  • Demonstrate excellent personal and digital presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues across multiple platforms.
  • Site visits, as and when needed usually once per week.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies.
