We’re hiring a Junior Investment Administrator to support a growing team of experienced professionals who work closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of discretionary portfolio management, working alongside investment managers, operations specialists, and client service teams to ensure the smooth running of client portfolios and investment processes.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of client investment portfolios
  • Processing trades, valuations, and corporate actions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaising with custodians, investment platforms, and third-party providers
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, investment summaries, and meeting packs
  • Ensuring data accuracy in client records and CRM systems
  • Helping to onboard new clients and maintain compliance with AML and KYC requirements
What we’re looking for:
  • A genuine interest in investment management and financial markets
  • Previous experience or internship in financial services (investment ops/admin ideal)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
