Are you an experienced pensions professional with a passion for project management and delivering high-quality results? Then read on! In this role, you'll play a key part in overseeing transition projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard in a controlled project environment.

As a Senior Pensions Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading client implementation projects. Collaborating with the Data Team to onboard client data and the Configuration Team to automate calculations, you will ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client implementation projects within your assigned workstream.
  • Drive the collection, interpretation, and documentation of client requirements.
  • Translate client requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all project tasks.
  • Represent the project in client meetings and status calls.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, including Implementation Analysts

Skills and Requirements:

  • Extensive technical pensions knowledge, particularly in Defined Benefit schemes and legislation.
  • Ability to explain key concepts, such as pension member records, relationships between stakeholders (members, policyholders, trustees, etc.), and different types of pension schemes.
  • Comprehensive experience across the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, with active participation in all stages.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
