Property Investment Consultant

Salary: 25k + Commission (On Target Earnings of 60k in 1st year)
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

The Key Duties of the Property Investment Consultant:

* Analysing market conditions and trends to identify profitable investment opportunities
* Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences and financial goals
* Building relationships with clients to sell investment properties suitable to their needs and requirements
* Negotiation to ensure the best deals for clients

The Key Criteria of the Property Investment Consultant:

* Sales experience
* Experience working within the property sector is beneficial
* Hard-working, self-motivated and driven
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Articulate and professional - with confidence to close a sale over the phone
