  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls to process policy transactions.
  • Ensuring customer and policy details are accurate, making updates when needed.
  • Offering advice on policy options, cover levels, and additional extras.
  • Addressing general queries, especially regarding letters or policy details.
  • Providing clear, concise information on new and existing policies.
  • Adhering strictly to compliance and call scripts.
  • Identifying customer vulnerabilities and offering tailored support.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Completing required CPD hours to stay ahead in the industry.
