Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Ensure the in-house system is updated daily, identifying discrepancies, and guaranteeing the accuracy of all received data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, raise requests promptly, and adhere to internal processes and timelines.
  • Fund Structure Maintenance: Manage and update structure charts for each fund, ensuring that all structural changes are accurately reflected.
  • Entity Incorporations: Provide support with the incorporation of new entities, ensuring smooth onboarding and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Strong administrative background, ideally within the financial services or investment sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, with experience in SQL and CRM systems being highly desirable.
