BWD has a new opportunity that could be a great step forward in your career.We are partnering with one of the UK’s leading DC Master Trust, they are looking for a Senior CRM to help manage a portfolio of DC pension clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DC pensions and client relationship management and ideally have worked with larger scaled clients. Coming from a pensions admin background will also be a big help.You will be working with clients to help the onboarding, transition and on-going support of their scheme and being the first point of contact for issues and escalated queries. You will be expected to assist with pitching and retention of the client but you will not had a sales or BD target.The DC pensions market continues to grow and offers an excellent opportunity for pension professionals to advance their careers. Our client is constantly exploring new opportunities with their clients and is eager to expand their services moving forward.Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience is essential. Prior experience in DC Pensions consulting, relationship management or pensions administration is essential.
  • Overall understanding and experience of DC pensions administration to understand the policies, procedures and regulations that comes with a DC scheme.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining external and internal relationships across a multi discipline service.
  • You must have strong communication, stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
