Harnham are currently partnering with a leading telecommunications business hiring for a Data Science Lead.

The Role

As a Data Science Lead, you will be:

Lead the technical vision and delivery of ML/AI initiatives across the business.
Design and oversee end-to-end ML solutions, from experimentation through to product deployment.
Drive adoption of MLOps best practices working closely with Engineering Leads.
Build and develop a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
Provide strategic leadership on DS/ML capabilities and opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Python coding
Strong SQL skills
Experience with AB testing
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Track record of leading data science projects and teams.
