My client is a diverse public sector organisation committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. They are currently seeking two skilled HR Systems Data Specialists to join their HR Systems & MI team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Within your new role as HR Systems & MI Advisor, you will work collaboratively with HR Systems and HR colleagues across the organisation, ensuring a first-class HR systems and management information service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business as usual activities within the HR systems team.
- Extract, manipulate, and report on large datasets.
- Produce and investigate detailed reports.
- Write and execute SQL queries.
- Work with SAP and Oracle systems (experience with either is preferable).
- Utilise SMTP mail relay and S-Sharp for data management. (Desirable)
- Automate processes using Microsoft VBA. (Desirable)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills are crucial.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and methodical thinking.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with Microsoft Access (Desirable)
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.
