Role Overview: In this role, you'll lead AI and data science projects, working closely with teams to identify opportunities, advise stakeholders, and ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and high-quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of data scientists to develop and implement advanced analytics, ML, and AI solutions for healthcare challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and drive product development.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and model development to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and deploy scalable ML models to optimize healthcare services and business operations.
  • Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive experience coaching junior data scientists and leading AI projects.
  • Strong background in applying data science methods to extract business value.
  • Proficiency in Python and tools like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PySpark.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and working with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the financial or insurance industry is a plus.
