Senior Data Scientist - 1 day a month in London
We are working with a telecoms company looking to add a Senior Data Scientist to their newly formed, cross-functional MarTech team. This team brings knowledge from Marketing, Data Science, Data Engineering and Product Development whilst working closely with the broader data teams to ensure integration and delivery.
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with experience in the digital marketing domain, to drive the development of advanced analytics and modeling solutions to inform and optimise paid media marketing strategies. You will manage a small team of 3 data scientists and report into a lead.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement segmentation models and propensity models to create actionable customer groups for targeted marketing strategies
- Build and optimise value-based bidding models and first-party enrichments to maximise ROAS and relevant business growth metrics
- Develop and refine attribution models (e.g., multi-touch, data-driven attribution) to measure and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
- Analyse and interpret marketing data from various sources (including GA4, Snowplow, ad platforms, etc)
- Partner with the analytics engineer to build features and data enrichments, while ensuring data accuracy for modeling purposes
