Are you a skilled and ambitious planning professional looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career? Our client is a leading property and planning consultancy, who are seeking an Associate Town Planner or an Associate Town Planning Director to join a dynamic team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
路Conduct and manage various planning activities.
路Oversee day-to-day project management, including planning, reviews, WiP/invoicing, and debt management.
路Ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines in line with the QA system.
路Maintain quality control of project outputs, including preparing project plans and fee agreements.
路Contribute to business development, including work winning and marketing initiatives.
路Manage client relationships, supporting the Partner in client management.
路Confidently and professionally represent clients at public meetings.
路Produce high-quality professional reports.
路Manage immediate staff, including timesheets, holidays, CPD, and training.
路Supervise and foster the development of junior staff members.
路Stay current with technical knowledge and expertise in town planning.
路Maintain professional membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute.
路Engage in continuous professional development through training courses, internal CPD sessions, and wider reading.
