The client, one of the UK's largest independent Town Planning Consultancy, is looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join the team! The client works on projects across all sectors including complex residential, commercial, town centres and retail, listed buildings and conservation, education and healthcare and Greenbelt and Countryside and water infrastructure.

The Position of a Graduate Town Planner

As a Graduate Town Planner, you'll support a dynamic planning team handling applications, appeals, appraisals, and development promotion. Work with a diverse client base, from private individuals to national developers, contributing to a track record of successful outcomes. You'll be mentored by senior planners, developing your skills, while contributing to innovative and sustainable urban planning solutions.

Essential Criteria for the Town Planner

  • Degree or higher in relevant subject with desire or chartered status with RTPI
  • A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of and lead a team.
  • Have strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
  • Be proactive and professional individual.
