Senior Town Planner

Northwest

My client is an award-winning independent planning and environmental consultancy, operating in key development sectors throughout the UK. They are looking for an established Chartered/Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic team in either their Manchester, Wilmslow or Chester office.

The current team specialises in providing multidisciplinary support on major infrastructure development projects and strategic planning studies across the UK. The teams' skills embrace the core disciplines associated with development planning, environmental impact assessment, landscape, urban design, and transportation.

Candidate Requirements

  • MRTPI Chartered Town Planner or working towards.
  • Previous experience in a Town Planning role, ideally with both public and private experience.
  • Transferrable skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads and responsibility.
  • Strong and coherent written and verbal communication skills.
