Penguin Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Senior Town Planner for a leading UK land promoter and developer in their Northwest team.
The ideal candidate should possess an RTPI accredited degree and be MRTPI Chartered or in the process of submitting for the APC.
Candidates must demonstrate previous experience at Planner or Senior Planner level, with either public or private sector experience considered.
This role offers excellent progression opportunities and a competitive salary, along with a bonus scheme and private medical insurance.

Penguin Recruitment is please to be supporting a UK leading land promotor and developer in their hire of a dynamic Senior Planner to their Northwest team!
