A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Town Planner to join a well-established and renowned property consultancy in Leeds.
In Manchester, a rapidly growing and dynamic city, the role of a Town Planner is particularly crucial. The city is undergoing significant development, with large scale regeneration projects, infrastructure improvements, and housing developments. As a Town Planner, you will be deeply involved in shaping the city's future.
You will be working on a wide range of planning applications for commercial developments, residential developments, industrial, retail, health care, leisure, and local authority community-related projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- MRTPI Chartered Town Planner, or eligible for chartership.
- Extensive previous experience at Planner/Senior Planner level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
