Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
RTPI membership or working towards it.
Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing a wide range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
