The Opportunity:
This award-winning practice is looking for experienced Architectural Technologists to join their teams in Manchester and Liverpool. The role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting portfolio of projects across the North-West, including Residential, Care, and Mixed-Use developments.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural technology
A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Preferably CIAT qualified
Proven experience in project management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of traditional and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including timber, steel, and concrete frame
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with low-rise residential, care, high-rise residential, and mixed-use developments
Strong technical skills in architectural and construction drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD & REVIT software
Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and industry standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
