My client is looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist with creative design flare and excellent technical abilities to join their well-established practice in Manchester. The team has a keen focus on the residential, leisure and retail sectors and always provide innovative and creative designs to exceed client expectations.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and should have excellent technical abilities. You will be confident liaising with clients and managing projects through all RIBA stages. BIM experience is beneficial.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post qualification
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Able to produce excellent technical drawings
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors and the wider team
  • Conduct site visits
  • Great communication skills
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Revit knowledge is essential
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Manchester city centre
