Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist looking for your next contract role? We are working with a leading architectural practice in Manchester, seeking a skilled professional to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while working on high-profile retail park, commercial, and industrial projects.
The Role:
- Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using MicroStation.
- Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet regulations and client requirements.
- Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and technical detailing.
- Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors to address design or construction challenges.
- Ensuring designs align with industry standards and best practices in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally within the retail park, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in MicroStation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, technical detailing, and construction processes.
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
