Associate Solicitor - Banking
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: 55-70k DOE and PQE level
Working pattern: Flexible hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
- Working on cases ranging from early stage investment to large scale refinancing deals.
- Client base includes private equity firms, venture capital funds,retail banks, IFAs, family offices,and HNW/UHNW individuals.
- Cover a variety of financial sectors, including banking and finance matters for institutional and private lenders.
- Ensuring clients get the best advice that is technically sound and gives a competitiveadvantage.
Experience and skills required
- 5+ years PQE within in a transactional banking team.
- Technically strong and possess complex problem solving capabilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with clients both existing and new.
