Key Responsibilities

• Working on cases ranging from early stage investment to large scale refinancing deals.
• Client base includes private equity firms, venture capital funds, retail banks, IFAs, family offices, and HNW/UHNW individuals.
• Cover a variety of financial sectors, including banking and finance matters for institutional and private lenders.
• Ensuring clients get the best advice that is technically sound and gives a competitive advantage.

Experience and skills required

• 5+ years PQE within in a transactional banking team.
• Technically strong and possess complex problem solving capabilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients both existing and new.
