A personal injury solicitor is required by this national law firm to join a team dealing with litigated EL/PL work and casualty fraud cases.Role OverviewYou will be expected to handle your own caseload whilst assisting on more complex cases. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical ability into handling casualty fraud claims.  This team sits within the firms EL/PL department but deals with cases involving this element.  Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking and solicitor with the following experience/characteristics
  • Previous experience in litigated EL/PL work and confident handling the litigation process.  Ideally defendant focused, but those with only claimant experience will be considered.
  • Newly qualified candidates with relevant experience from a recognised firm will be considered.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Excellent research skills.
